We hold membership classes throughout the year. The 6-week class is mandatory for becoming a member of CGS. The course will go in detail about Christianity, church history, our mission statement and bylaws, and our ministries. If you would like to join a class, please speak with a pastor or an elder.

Smaller groups are an extension of the larger church. They are limited to a maximum of 4 people per group to create a more intimate setting for members to share in fellowship, bible study, and accountability. We have smaller groups throughout the year and encourage everyone to join one.

Every last Sunday of the month, CGS goes to Hana Missions in Paterson, NJ to partner with their outreach program. CGS members give a short message, sing praise, provide a hot meal, pray, and fellowship together with local Paterson residents who are in need.

Every 2nd Sunday of the month, CGS goes to New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ, a retirement home for elderly Koreans. We sing hymns in Korean with the patients and spend time with them in fellowship and prayer.

Our sports activities are geared to bring everyone together for some competitive fellowship or just casual games.
Basketball tournaments are held throughout the year and during the fall we participate in an inter-church football league.
